Hing Lung Cafe is the successor of Hing Lung Xiu Mei. Hing Lung Cafe was opened in China Town in San Francisco in 1976. Under their new enterprise, Hing Lung Enterprise, Hing Lung Cafe was officially established in 1987. Its address is located at 674 Broadway, SF. Soon after it has established two more branches: Hing Lung Seafood Restaurant, which was established in Empress Court, Burlingame in 1992, and Hing Lung At The Park was established in San Francisco in 1993.

 
In 1987, Hing Lung Cafe presented authentic Hong Kong-style food culture such as HK BBQ, wonton noodles, congee, fried dough sticks, pastries, and more to the Bay area. After its grand opening, Hing Lung Cafe was bustling and at its peak in the Bay Area's catering industry. Opening from 8 AM to 3 AM, the store was constantly crowded with in-coming customers waiting to have a meal of authentic Hong Kong food. Moreover, Hing Lung Cafe served to many famous Hong Kong singers and stars who came to eat at the restaurant after their performances in the United States. In the past 44 years, many others opened restaurants copying the name "Hing Lung" because of the popular brand , and the brand's products have been uneven.
 
The 44 years of ups and downs are not easy. The restaurant’s manager, Mr. Jiang, continues to preserve the Hing Lung brand and the quality of Hong Kong-style food culture. In 2020, the Hing Lung Cafe team chose to reopen in South San Francisco once again.

   兴隆小馆的前身是兴隆烧腊,1976年开在三藩市的China Town, 兴隆小馆正式成立是在1987年,公司名是Hing Lung Enterprise,地址位于674 Broadway, SF,并且先后设立两间分店,分别是帝后海鮮酒家Hing Lung Seafood Restaurant,1992年成立于Empress Court,Burlingame,興隆海鮮酒家Hing Lung At The Park1993年成立于三藩市。
       1987年營業在China Town 674 Broadway 的興隆小館主打港式飲食文化如燒爉,雲吞麵,生滾粥,油條,牛脷酥等等,開業後引起整灣區個飲食界高潮,一星期七天由早上8點營業至深夜3點,店外常見客人擠滿排隊等候用餐,也有很多香港歌星明星來美演出後前來小館用餐。44年间,因为太过热门有不少新开的餐馆抄袭了“兴隆”两个字的招牌,出品可谓参差不齐。
        44年的风雨实属不易,餐馆主理人江先生出于对兴隆品牌和港式饮食文化品质的坚持和执着,2020年,他们原班人马选择了在南三藩市重新开张。请各位顾客认准真正的兴隆的招牌,老字号,当然出品才有保证!欢迎各界朋友光临品尝!
